I have masses of tea and coffee a day but it’s not doing me any good. It has been suggested that this is why I feel tired all the time. The trouble is I need a nice hot drink (slightly sweet) and so I find most herbal teas too … herbally! Hot chocolate is not refreshing enough and will probably make me fat. I like drinks which are sweet and milky by nature, but refreshing. Is there anything out there that is warm and wet and not too herbal or bitter? Horlicks and Ovalteen are for bedtime, and Bovril is not great.
Steamed milk, you can add flavouring syrups to it too if you want and you can get those sugar free. I would say to try a few more herbal teas, I find that raspberry or cranberry or peppermint don’t taste herbally, but rather like the flavours, but that’s just me, and they aren’t milky. Maybe try decaffinated black tea or coffee?
